PULSED ANNEALING OF SILICON/PLATINUM SYSTEMS

Résumé
Les réactions Si/Pt ont été étudiées en utilisant un faisceau d'électrons pulsé. Les profils de la température dans les échantillons et l'évolution temporelle de la température ont été calculés pour mettre en rapport les produits de réaction avec le diagramme de phase du système Silicium/Platine.
Abstract
Silicon/platinum reactions were studied using a pulsed electron beam. Temperature profiles in the samples and time evolution of temperature were calculated to correlate the reaction products to the phase diagram of the Si/Pt system.
