Résumé
Le développement du MEB analytique nécessite la mise en oeuvre des spectroscopies d'électrons et des spectrométries d'ions (ISS, SIMS). L'alignement des faisceaux électronique et ionique ainsi que le réglage de l'analyseur cylindrique à miroir sont discutés.
Abstract
The analytical SEM for surface science includes several different fields of analysis such as electron spectroscopy, ISS and SIMS. The alignment of the electron, ion beam and CMA is discussed.
