PRESSURE EFFECT ON THE PROPERTIES OF LIQUID Bi-BiBr3 MIXTURES NEAR THE MISCIBILITY GAP

Abstract
The whole features of the phase boundary of the liquid-liquid two-phase region in the liquid Bi-BiBr3 mixtures under pressure were determined. The electrical conductivity σ and the sound velocity vs were measured up to 17 kbar. The anomalous behaviours in σ and vs were observed around 50 mole% Bi.
