Abstract
The magnetic ordering of [CH3CH2NH3] FeCl4 is studied through ac susceptibility and magnetization measurements. The results can be interpreted as ferromagnetic chains that order antiferromagnetically. Non-linear susceptibilities are reported to be an elegant technique to examine this kind of systems.
