Abstract
Specific heat of Ising like spin glass Fe0.5Mn0.5TiO3 and antiferromagnetic reentrant spin glass Fe0.5Mn0.5TiO3 was measured between 1 K and 100 K. Temperature dependence of T2 was dominant at low temperatures between 2 K and 7 K for Fe0.5Mn0.5TiO3. Energy gap was not observed in thermal excitation in the temperature range measured.
