ISOTHERMAL ANNEALING EFFECT ON THE INTERNAL FRICTION PEAK NEAR Tg OF a-Pd80 Si20

Abstract
The effect of isothermal annealing in the temperature range of 593K to 628K on internal friction and the internal friction peak near Tg of a-Pd80Si20 has been studied. A knowledge about the kinetics of relaxation or/and crystallization and the nature of the internal friction peak was obtained from these annealing curves and TEM micrographs.
