SUPERPARAMAGNETISM OF Fe/Cu MULTILAYERED FILMS

Abstract
Mutually insoluble Fe/Cu multilayered films prepared by a DC-magnetron sputtering system with a rotation substrate-holder have been studied. The results of magnetization measurements and Mössbauer spectrometry at 300 K and 77 K show that the samples with Fe layer thinner thab 9 Å exhibit an effect of superparamagnetism.
