Abstract
The characteristics of composition modulated amorphous Fe78B13Si9/Si have been studied by using a technique of the interface sensitive conversion electron Mössbauer spectroscopy (CFMS). The composition profile in the interface transition region can be obtained by analysing the properties of conversion electron Mössbauer spectra
