Abstract
Quick quenching of high-silicon iron electric sheet with a third element, suppressed the formation of B2 superlattice. Using the single crystals, we found a dramatic decrease of room temperature anisotropy by lowering the degree of order. A statistical consideration describes the decrease of ordering temperature satisfactorily.
