Abstract
We propose a strategy to design molecular based ferromagnets, consisting of assembling ferrimagnetic chains within the crystal lattice in a ferromagnetic fashion. The chains may be either regular or alternating. Examples of both situations are presented. The magnetic properties are discussed. One of the compounds orders ferromagnetically at 14 K, which is the highest ordering temperature reported so far for this kind of molecular materials
