Abstract
In order to clarify the interaction mechanisms in RB6 compounds, we have undertaken a study of the magnetic excitations in NdB6 within the Ð8 ground state quartet. The dispersion of the excitations have been measured along the main symmetry directions. They are interpreted assuming only isotropic exchange interactions up to third nearest neighbours and negligeable quadrupolar interactions.
