NONLINEARITY AND SWITCHING BEHAVIOR OF THERMOOPTICAL SCHOTTKY SEED DEVICES

Abstract
We discuss novel externally controlled operation characteristics of thermooptical SEED elements. Differential gain, memoryless switching, and ON and OFF switching by optical signals are observed.
