Abstract
Time characteristics of Raman-like 1LO and 2LO lines have been measured in ZnTe under the condition that the energy of the 1LO line is located at the polariton bottleneck. These lines have been found to decay much faster than polariton luminescence. It has also been found that the decay time of the polariton luminescence depends on the excitation intensity. The relation between the time behavior of the secondary emissions and the relaxation property of the excitonic polariton is discussed.
