Abstract
The results of ultrasonic investigations of vitreous chalcogenide semiconductors are reported in the temperature range 20-Tf°C. On the basis of the observed effects of the influence of the glass thermal past on the temperature dependence of the velocity and the ultrasound absorption the conclusion has been drawn about of polymer structure of vitreous As2S3 and As2Se3 and structural differentiation in them as well.
