Nous présentons les résultats des calculs de la structure et les mécanismes de migration dans les composés superioniques β-Al2O3 et Li3N.
Abstract
We present the results of calculations of the structure and ionic conduction mechanisms in the superionic compounds β-Al2O3 and Li3N.
