ON CHARGE-EXCHANGE OF IONS IN PLASMA

Abstract
An influence of plasma particles on exchanging system is displaied in two ways. On the on hand particles at distances r≤ro≤n-I/3 acting as statistically independent ones cause the appearance of an effective detuning <Hc> and electron-induce charge-exchange2. On the other hand exchanging system is under the action of particles being at the distances r > ro. Their influence cannot be considered as statistically independent because of the strong spatial correlations.
