PHASE TRANSITIONS IN TWO- AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL COMPOUND-LATTICE MODELS

Abstract
Combinatorial state equations of generalized two- or three-dimensional compound-lattice models are derived. Analytical expressions are constructed for the pressure-density functions. The approximation allows the computation of phase diagrams of a wide class of liquid and solid one-component and multicomponent systems consisting of spherical nonpolar molecules.
