Résumé
Diverses tentatives faites pour comprendre la structure des semiconducteurs de type chalcopyrite par la considération de l'électronégativité des constituants sont passées en revue. Des mesures récentes de la variation thermique du rapport q/a des paramètres sont également examinées.
Abstract
We review attempts to achieve an understanding of the structure of chalcopyrite semiconductors by relating it to the electronegativity of the constituents. Recent measurements of the temperature dependence of axial ratio are also examined.
