MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF Ga2-xCo2-yFex + y (0 ≤ x ≤ 1, 0 ≤ y ≤ 1)

Abstract
We made magnetization measurements and X-ray diffraction experiments for Ga2-xCo2-yFex+y (0 ≤ x ≤ 1, 0 ≤ y ≤ 1), which has b.c.c. structure with an ordered lattice of B2 or L21 type. Contours of magnetic moments and Curie temperatures in the x - y plane were determined. The magnetic moment per transition element atom depends predominantly on Ga concentration.
