SPIN-GLASS BEHAVIOUR IN ZnxCd1-xCr2S4 SPINELS

Abstract
AC susceptibility measurements have been performed between 110 Hz and 11 kHz on the concentrated insulating spin-glass ZnxCd1-xCr2S4 (0.4 ≤ x < 0.9). The frequency dependence of the freezing temperature Tf has been analysed in terms of the dynamic scaling models T = 0 and T ≠ 0 transition) and of the Fulcher law.
