THERMOREMANENT PROPERTIES OF BARIUM-FERRITE OVER THE CURIE TEMPERATURE

Abstract
A study is made on the thermomagnetic properties over the Curie temperature of non-oriented Ba-ferrite particles. Thermoremanence vs. temperature for low fields shows a sharp A shape for a freezing temperature of 563 °C. A phenomenological explanation is given of the experimental results.
