Abstract
59Co NMR has been studied at 4.2 K in Nd2 (Co1-xFex)14B system for 0 ≤ x ≤ x 0.878. Up to x = 0.5 the 59Co average hyperfine field was found to be stable around the value of 155 kOe and in the range 0.5 < x < 0.878 it increased up to 200 kOe. The preferential Co occupancy of the k2 site has been confirmed. Strong increase of 59Co local hyperfine field at this site has been associated with the preferential substitution.
