Abstract
Fusion power plant for electric output of 1 GW is conceptually designed. It seems that there are two essential points for light ion beam fusion to create central plasma in reactor. First is to realize the uniform implosion of the fuel in the target, and second is to focus and propagate the beam in the reactor. About these subjects, analyses are given in this paper.
