Abstract
A statistical model is proposed in order to predict the concentration histograms used for the interpretation of atom-probe analyses. This second part is devoted to systems which involve periodic fluctuations. This new statistical tool then, is used for the interpretation of concentration profiles in a decomposed duplex stainless steel. The attraction of concentration histograms is also discussed in the case of the precipitation in a Titanium base alloy.
