Abstract
The NMR spin-grouping method, with which there solution and characterization of the NMR relaxation measurements can be improved, is presented. Examples of dense H2O solutions of POE and of DNA crystals with H2O studied by this method and a few preliminary results of neutron quasi-elastic scattering experiments are discussed.
