Résumé
Le principe et les propriétés des spectroscopies de seuil en analyse surface sont presentés. Ils sont comparés à la spectrométrie Auger et leur résolution latérale prévisible est discutée.
Abstract
The basic principle and the properties of threshold spectroscopies in surface analysis are presented. Comparisons are made to Auger microscopy and the prospects for lateral resolution are discussed.
