Abstract
During martensitic transformation a high number of dislocations are created in the interfaces in an ordered arrangement as well as inside the martensitic phase. Both types of dislocations can be mobile for appropriate temperature or applied stress variation. Their mobility has been studied during and after in situ-transformations by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and the results are compared with internal friction measurements.
