THE PECULIARITIES OF THE DIFFUSION PROCESSES IN THE ELECTRONEGATIVE GAS PLASMA

Abstract
The dependence of the ambipolar diffusion coefficients of the charged particles Dae , Da+ and Da- in the electronegative gas discharges on α=n/ne (n-, ne are negative ion and electron concentrations ) are considered i n [1] - [3]. It is turned out i n [1] that Da- has only positive values and slightly changes by exchange α from 10-3 till l 10-4. But it is shown in [2] that Da- is negative and the n- flow in the cylindric positive column is directed from the walls of the tube to it a axis.
