ON CONDUCTION MECHANISM OF HIGH-QUALITY SUPERCONDUCTING POINT CONTACTS

Résumé
On a fait l'étude expérimentale des caractéristiques IV de contacts ponctuels supraconducteurs dans la gamme de résistances de contacts 105 - 10-1 Ohm entre 4,2 et 10 K. On propose pour modèle celui des contacts ponctuels supraconducteurs de haute qualité ayant une grande valeur du produit IcR.
Abstract
Experimental study of I - V characteristics of niobium point contacts has been carried out in contact resistance range 105 - 10-1 Ohm and temperature range 4.2 - 10 K. The model of highquality superconducting point contacts with large IcR product is suggested.
