Résumé
On a supposé que la variation des propriétés diélectriques des films minces ferroélectriques avec l'épaisseur pouvait donner des informations sur la valeur de B dans la formule de dispersion ω 2T = A(T - T0) + Bk2, ce qui n'est le cas ni pour la diffusion de neutrons et ni pour les méthodes optiques.
Abstract
The supposition is advanced, that the measuring of thikness dependence of a ferroelectric thin films dielectric properties may give an information about the B value in the formula ω 2T = A(T - T0) + Bk2 in diapason, usually not empbraced by neutron scattering and optic methods.
