Abstract
We present calculations of the electronic band structure (including spin orbit effects), the imaginary part of the frequency dependent dielectric function, and the superconducting transition temperature as a function of carrier concentration for SnTe and GeTe.
Résumé
Nous présentons des calculs de la structure de bandes électronique (en tenant compte de l'interaction spin-orbite) de la partie imaginaire de la fonction diélectrique dépendant de la fréquence, et de la température de transition supraconductrice en fonction de la concentration de porteurs pour SnTe et GeTe.
