SPECTROMÈTRE A DEUX FABRY-PEROT ASSERVIS

Résumé
Deux dispositifs d'asservissement sont décrits, permettant le premier de maintenir parallèles les lames d'un Fabry-Perot à balayage mécanique, le second de maintenir en coïncidence les bandes passantes des deux éléments d'un spectromètre à deux Fabry-Pérot. Les deux dispositifs consistent à maintenir en position fixe un système de franges de superposition (achromatiques dans le 2e cas).
Abstract
Two servocontrols are described, allowing the first to maintain parallels the two plates of a mechanically scanned Fabry-Perot interferometer, the second to synchronize the scannings of the spectrum by two elements of a two Fabry-Perot spectrometer. Both consist in keeping at a constant position, a pattern of superposition fringes (achromatic in the second case).
