R. G. T. NEILSON and J. RINGDepartment of Applied Physics, University of Hull, England
Abstract
All-dielectric interference filters with half-widths from 10 Å to 100 Å have been produced for the region from 2 500 - 4 000 Å. Methods of construction and the characteristics of the filters are reported.
