SECOND-HARMONIC INVESTIGATION OF LOW-FREQUENCY AUTO-OSCILLATIONS IN YIG : Ga SPHERE

Abstract
We report experimental observations of low-frequency auto-oscillations obtained with a technique based on the detection of the second-harmonic emitted by the sample. Kittel mode and several magnetostatic modes, drived above second-order Suhl threshold, display interesting dynamical behaviours : bifurcation, f /3 limit cycles and noisy oscillations.
