PRESSURE DEPENDENCE OF THE NÉEL TEMPERATURE AND LATTICE PARAMETER OF AN ORDERED ALLOY MnPd3

Abstract
The ordered alloy MnPd3 is an antiferromagnet with the Néel temperature TN = 195 K. The pressure dependence of TN and lattice parameter was measured. The pressure derivative of TN and the volume compressibility were obtained to be 0.2 K/kbar and 1.3 x 10-3 kbar-l, respectively.
