MAGNETIC AND CRISTALLIZATION STUDIES OF AMORPHOUS RIBBONS WITH Cr CONTENT

Abstract
Amorphous ribbons with general formula Fe1-y-zCry (PCSi)x, (0.004 < y < 0.12), (0.08 < z < 0.22) have been studied. Cr seems responsible for the decrease of saturation moment, Curie temperature and mean hyperfine field. The hyperfine field distribution exhibits some particular structure when Cr content is increased. A low Avrami exponent has been found from crystallization studies.
