Abstract
FMR field Hr of He+-implanted layer of YIG films and ƊHp, a photoinduced change of Hr, increase remarkably in annealing with hydrogen, and recover in annealing with air, alternately. An origin of the large in-plane magnetic anisotropy presented by Hr is discussed with Fe2+ ions revealed in the photoinduced change.
