Abstract
Magnetostriction λi (i = a, b and c) of single crystalline CeCu6 has been measured in the temperature range from 4.2 K to 60 K and up to 5.5 Tesla by using strain gauge method. The result is discussed in connection with Kondo effect and crystal field effect.
