Abstract
The field emission properties of the Y-Ba-Cu-O superconducting ceramics have been examined at temperature range 77 ÷ 300 K in a vacuum of 5 x 10-10 Torr. The obtained results are associated with degradation of subsurface region of the emitter due to the depletion of oxygen.
