XUV STIGMATIC POLYCHROMATORS

Abstract
In this paper we describe new STIGMATIC XUV POLYCHROMATORS specially designed for hot plasmas diagnostics. Fixed horizontal and vertical diffracted beam divergences, as well as ERECTED FLAT FIELD are allowed imorehower solutions occur for various grooves density.
