SOME APPLICATIONS OF PHOTON CORRELATION SPECTROSCOPY IN PLASMA DIAGNOSTICS

Abstract
Excess radiation noise spectra of a pulse discharge due to the cathode spot microstructure and that of a high frequency discharge due to the aerosol particles were observed and analyzed. Densities and relaxation times of the cathode microspots and the aerosol particles were measured.
