Résumé
Le principe et les résultats expérimentaux pour la mesure photoacoustique de la diffusivité thermique ou de l'épaisseur de chaque couche d'une multiple couche solide sont décrits dans cette étude.
Abstract
The principle and experimental results for the photoacoustic measurements of thermal diffusivity or thickness of each individual layer of a multi-layer solid are described.
