Abstract
Two-phonon density of states in 2[MATH]4 band of ammonium chloride crystal was calculated by the method of Green's temperature functions considering anharmonic phonon-phonon interaction. Theoretically calculated temperature dependence of quasibound two-phonon state is compared to the Raman scattering experiments.
