Abstract
Nitrogen, oxygen and carbon Snök peaks in molybdenum have been confirmed at 433-449, 489-522 and 603K at the frequency of about 1.5Hz respectively. The activation energy of these peaks are 122, 130 and 164kJ/mol which have a good agreement with those for the diffusion of nitrogen, oxygen and carbon in molybdenum obtained by other experimental methods.
