GAP SUPPRESSION AND INSTABILITY IN NONEQUILIBRIUM SUPERCONDUCTING LEAD FILMS

Résumé
Cet article contient une étude sur la variation d'énergie interdite du plomb influencée par l' injection intense d'un courant tunnel à température différente en utilisant la jonction double-tunnel. Une instabilité est observée à toute température entre 4, 2 K et Tλ. Les résultats obtenus sont compatibles avec la diagramme de phase de Chang et Scalapino
Abstract
We present the measurements of lead energy gap reduction under intense tunnel current injection near gap edge at various temperatures using a double-tunnel-junction. An instability is observed at any temperature between 4.2 K and Tλ. The results are consistent with the phase diagram of Chang and Scalapino.
