CUTS IN THE COMPLEX ANGULAR MOMENTUM PLANE

Abstract
I have been asked to review the recent advances in the theory of cuts in the angular momentum plane. Only elastic scattering will be considered. In other words, we are considering the cuts associated with the Pomeron. The topics I shall cover are :- (1) Hard cuts (2) The quasi-stable Pomeron (3) Cut sign controversy
