CHANGE OF CHROMIUM MOMENT IN Cr1-xCoxSb

Abstract
Magnetic and X-ray measurements have been carried out on Cr1-xCoxSb. The Cr moment obtained from χg decreases with increasing x, taking a value of ~ 1.6 µBat x = 0.5. Large decrease of the moment appears to bring about a drastic fall of TN at x ≈ 0.5 and disappearance of antiferromagnetism at x ≈ 0.6.
