Abstract
Four magnetic phases were found by neutron diffraction measurements in CrAs0.4Sb0.6. The low temperature phase is the CrSb type antiferromagnet with the magnetic moment of 2.06±0.07 µB / Cr being almost parallel to the c-axis. This low temperature phase transforms with a spin reorientation to the c-plane at T1 = 112 K into the high temperature AF phase with TN (T2) = 140 K. The precursor magnetic short range order is observed up to T3 = 320 K.
