Résumé
Une microsonde Raman a été utilisée pour la détermination du profil de concentration des dopants dans des fibres et des préformes ainsi que pour étudier les différences entre les défauts induits par irradiation sur la gaine et le coeur.
Abstract
A Raman microprobe was used to obtain the dopant concentration profile in both optical fibers and preforms and to examine the differences in radiation induced damage between the core and the cladding of fibers.
