Abstract
We present neutron scattering measurements of the dynamics of the dipolar magnets LiTbF4 and Li (Tb0.6Y0.4) F4 at TC and in the Griffiths phase. For both systems mean-field theory describes the dynamics above TC, but a value of 1.01 ± 0.03 for the dynamical critical exponent was observed in the pure system.
